Hex Nut Braceletes

These adorable bracelets are super easy and fun to make. I would love to say that they are my own idea but alas I cannot. I feel like everyone thinks of all the cute creative stuff before me. However, recently I made a super cute craft that came right from my own head. I am super excited to post my "DIY Flower Belt" in a few days. It is made from an old pair of suspenders! You are going to love it.:)

 Anyway, you can find a great tutorial for the Hex Nut bracelets all over the web. I bought a little bit of a bigger hex nut size because the ones that this link uses are super small.

I am so blessed to be joining you all!

Here is a little about myself:

I am a young Non-Denominational Christian striving each day to live for the Lord as fully as I can.

I have 6 siblings. 4 Sweet and *very* energetic brothers, and 2 lovely sisters.

I have lived in Somerset, Kentucky all my life, and am blessed to live on a farm and near most of my family!

My dream is to go to Paris , France one day, but I have found that the chances of that are 0%. lol

Grey and Yellow Party

I have an enormous family. We all love to spend time with one another. Every few months we all get together and celebrate the birthdays that have happened in the past few months. It is fun to see how everyone is growing up and to fellowship with one another. This month it was our turn to host the party. I love parties!!! It was my mom's idea to have a cute yellow and gray theme. So my mom and I went to work creating the  decorations. 

We went to Walmart because, sadly that is the only "fabric" store in out area. We searched the shelves and found some cute yellow and grey fabric that we thought would look cute on the tables.

We brought the fabric home and measured, cut, hemmed, and ironed all the centerpieces for the four tables. The centerpieces consisted of yellow striped table runners, with gray fabric in the center and grey pattered fabric on top. Cheery yellow and white flowers in clear mason jars tied with yellow ribbon finished of the beautiful centerpieces.

Bright yellow napkins and white tablecloths pulled everything together to make it super cute.

The party was super fun and we all had a good time catching up and thanking the Lord for the wonderful blessings He has given our family. 

I hope this post inspired you to not be afraid to make your own decorations if you can't find what you are looking for in the store. It isn't very hard if you use a little creativity and imagination!
